Robert Emmons, professor of psychology and a researcher at the University of California has found people who keep gratitude journals have fewer physical complaints, feel better about their lives as a whole and are more optimistic. This uplifting two hour class takes you through various journaling exercises that enable you to answer the question, "Why should I be grateful, what am I grateful for? And how can I show it?" Ideal for anyone, particularly at Thanksgiving or Christmas.
