Come to this workshop and learn how examining and revising your self-care can help you lessen that overwhelmed feeling and find your way to the next step.  The workshop offers some hands on journal writing techniques you can use in as little as 15 minutes a day to help you examine your self-care practices and needs and compose a solid plan for moving forward.


Duration:  Weekdays or Saturday 9:30 am - 3:30 pm


Price: $100 +GST per person payable upon registration.
